Terms of Service

RxPrepAI provides educational practice questions, mock examinations, explanations, progress tools and a personal Study Workspace for revision folders and notes. Student AI chat is currently unavailable. The service is operated by RxPrep Limited. Questions about these terms can be raised through support@rxprep.ai.

RxPrepAI is an independent study product. It is not the General Pharmaceutical Council, is not endorsed by the GPhC, and does not provide an official examination or guarantee any examination outcome.

Content and AI output may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. RxPrepAI is not a substitute for current BNF, NICE, MHRA, GPhC or other authoritative professional sources and must not be used for prescribing, dispensing, diagnosis, treatment or other patient-care decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Accounts are personal unless a business or education arrangement expressly says otherwise.

Paid plans are subscriptions for the billing period shown at checkout. Unless the checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. The price, billing period and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal made available in your account.

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable UK consumer rights.

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or systematically extract the question bank, share paid access outside permitted arrangements, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, use the service unlawfully, or submit confidential patient information, identifiable patient records or special-category personal information into Study Workspace notes. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, content or platform security.

RxPrepAI software, branding and original question-bank content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for study. It does not transfer ownership or permit republishing the question bank.

You must not screenshot, screen-record, print, copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute or otherwise extract protected RxPrepAI practice questions, mock-exam questions, answer options, marking information, explanations or worked solutions except through an expressly provided RxPrepAI study feature. We may use visible account watermarks and technical controls intended to deter unauthorised capture or distribution.

Where the browser or device exposes a relevant signal, RxPrepAI may log capture-related or protected-content extraction activity. A browser cannot reliably detect every screenshot or recording, so such signals are treated as security indicators rather than conclusive proof on their own. Repeated events may be reviewed by an administrator. We do not automatically permanently ban an account solely because a browser-side signal occurs.

Where reasonably supported by the evidence and permitted by law, material or repeated breaches may result in restrictions, suspension or termination. A termination for breach does not create a right to a refund beyond any refund or statutory consumer rights that otherwise apply.

We may maintain, improve, replace or withdraw features. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Material changes that affect a paid service will be handled consistently with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit that. Subject to those rights, RxPrepAI is an educational tool and you remain responsible for professional and clinical decisions, independent verification of study content, and your examination preparation.

These terms are governed by the law that applies to the consumer relationship. If you are a UK consumer, mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections available to you are not displaced by these terms.
