Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an active subscription through the Stripe billing portal available from your account. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless the law requires a different result. Cancellation does not itself refund the current paid period.

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you will normally have 14 days beginning the day after the contract is made in which to cancel. Contact support@rxprep.ai with your account email and purchase date to exercise this right.

If you expressly ask us to begin supplying the service during that period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service supplied before cancellation only where the law permits and the required information and request were provided. If any part of the subscription is legally treated as digital content supplied immediately, the cancellation right is lost only where the law permits after you have given prior express consent, acknowledged that the right will be lost, received the required confirmation and supply has begun. If those requirements were not met, we will not rely on the exception.

Outside rights required by law, subscription payments are normally non-refundable solely because part of a paid period was unused. We will refund or otherwise correct duplicate charges and billing errors. We will also review a material inability to provide the purchased service and exceptional circumstances fairly. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card-network processing times are outside our control. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.

A subscription purchases access to study tools, not an examination result. Failing, deferring or choosing not to sit an assessment does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
